Register and manage your availability

There is a £10 fee to list your property with the Hay Festival 2013 Bedfinder Service.

Please note we cannot guarantee to fill your accommodation, and whereas we charge customers a fee to match their requirements to available accommodation, all payment transactions for the actual accommodation are between the accommodation provider and the customer.

Please register and then add details of your accommodation here. There are four stages: you'll need to add your details, then details of the property or properties, then rooms (or pitches if you're a campsite) and finally the availability during the Festival.

You will need a login with the website to add this information and to keep it up to date. If you have already offered accommodation in the past, you may use your previous login. If you've bought tickets for the Festival in the last couple of years, you may already have an account (under your email address).
