We ask for an up-front payment to help iron out inefficiencies which would otherwise delay completion of your request.

Please note that we do not vet accommodation providers.

While Hay Festival Bedfinder Service is happy to research and provide details of accommodation available to our customers, the contract is between the customer and the accommodation provider and NOT between the customer and Hay Festival.
