gross-philip Philip Gross’s latest poetry collection, The Water Table (Bloodaxe) was the winner of the T.S.Eliot Prize 2009. He won the National Poetry Competition in 1982, and since then has published fifteen collections. I Spy Pinhole Eye (Cinnamon Press) with photographer Simon Denison, is the latest product of long interest in collaboration and cross arts work, and is longlisted for Wales Book Of The Year. A new collection of poems for young people, Off-Road To Everywhere, is due any day from Salt, and is summer choice for the PBS’s Children’s Poetry Bookshelf. He is Professor in Creative Writing at Glamorgan University.
