Jorge Bedregal La Vera (Arequipa 1960). Historian, professor of the Universidad Nacional de San Agustín. Author of La Ruta Del Loncco, Arequipa, Identidad y Simbolismo, Historia del Colegio San José, among other works. He has participated in several editions of the Hay Festival Arequipa. Member of the Picantera Society of Arequipa and of the Phototrip collective.
