CLARA BARRABÉS is a specialist in the Spanish tax system and has a PhD in Economics from the IUE in Florence and an MA in the Economy of the European Union from the College of Europe in Bruges. Her career has been mainly spent at BBVA Research. She has also taught and researched at the IUE in Florence and at the University of Zaragoza.
