CELIA DE ANCA, a graduate in Arabic Studies and an expert in international relations, is the current director of the Center for Corporate Diversity at IE Business School. She is also an external advisor of Merrill Lynch's Diversity and Inclusion Council (London), and a member of InverCaixa’s Ethical Investment Fund, as well the International Scientific Committee of Euromed University. Among other publications, she is the author of Beyond Tribalism: Managing Identities in a Diverse World.
