(Mexico City, 1976) Screenwriter, journalist and novelist. From a young age she has taken an interest in cats, music, good food, humour, zombies and storytelling. She has won awards such as the National Journalism Prize and the Gran Angular Prize for young adult literature, which she won for her novel Ojos llenos de sombra. Other novels by her include Exiliados, Lejos de casa and Dark Doll. She has also published in Festín de muertos: Antología de relatos mexicanos de zombis, and has a book of her own short stories: ¡Pirañas del mundo, uníos!
