Born in South Africa, the legendary pianist began his musical career 60 years ago under the name Dollar Brand. Discovered by the legendary Duke Ellington, he moved to America, where he also worked with Thelonius Monk, John Coltrane and Ornette Coleman. This solo concert includes songs from his latest album, Senzo.
