Judge Baltasar Garzón, currently an adviser at the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, will talk to Eduardo Martín de Pozuelo, a writer, journalist and coordinator of the news section on terrorism at La Vanguardia newspaper, about the significance of the development of universal justice in present-day society.
