Paul Preston talks to Luis María Anson

Paul Preston is a specialist in contemporary Spanish history and one of the most important British Hispanists. Member of the British Academy, in 2011 he published The Spanish Holocaust, a book about the repression during the Spanish Civil War and immediately thereafter. Luis María Anson is a member of the Real Academia Española, funder of El Cultural (central supplement of El Mundo newspaper) and director of the on-line newspaper El Imparcial. They will talk about such matters as the role of the press, the monarchy or the 23-F coup d’état.
