Starting at 9a.m. at the Terraza de Santa Columba by the Aqueduct, IE-University students and members of the public will erect a reproduction of the famous Aqueduct of Segovia made from American tulipwood. This project, organized by the AHEC, will be launched at noon.

The tour continues in La Alhóndiga to view the exhibition Satyajit Ray: Meditations on India and ends at the Palacio Quintanar with the exhibition An Elephant Came By, featuring more than 100 images by 24 Dutch illustrators of children’s books, selected by the Dutch Foundation for Literature. At 7p.m. the wooden aqueduct will be dismantled and transported by volunteers to the Casa de los Picos, where a tower will be built, creating a new work of visual art.
