Offering accommodation

Our Bedfinder Service links up hundreds of festival-goers who need a place to stay with local B&Bs and people in the area who wish to let rooms, cottages or houses at festival time.

1) If you would like to let a room, house or stable to guests during the Hay Festival, please register following the link below.

2) When members of the public contact us to find a bed, we will match them to a selection of accommodation best suited to their needs.

3) We will then pass on your details to them so that they can contact you directly to confirm their booking and pay. We recommend that you ask for a deposit (20–30%) to be paid in advance of their stay, to secure you against late cancellations and no-shows.

4) Please note that registering your property on our site does not guarantee bookings.
