With a degree in Social Communication (Universidad Nacional Federico Villareal), with postgraduate studies in Communication for Development (Universidad San Martín de Porres), the Design and Assessment of Public Investment Policies (Escuela Superior de Administración y Negocios) and a Master’s in Social Management, specializing in the design of social projects (Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú). He studied Project Management at the International Film and TV School (Cuba). He has designed and run projects and programmes, including Lima District’s Lima Lee, social projects for the Ministry of Education, and others. He is currently the Director of Library Policy Development at the National Library of Peru.
