(Barcelona, Spain, 1970.) A Spanish writer who has lived in many different places, such as Gerona (Spain), the United States, India and Mexico City, where she was based for ten years. Lolita studied Philosophy at Barcelona University and afterwards she obtained a postgraduate in Literature at the University of Mexico (UNAM). Apart from narrative, she also writes children's and young adults' literature in both Spanish and English. In 2007 she led 'Fet a Mexic', a literary festival about Mexico celebrated in Barcelona. Among her most important books are Esto que ves es un rostro, La Familia de mi padre and La persona que fuimos.
