He creates global content strategies, harmonises publishing criteria and coordinates this imprint's contracts and publishing plans in Spain and Latin America. He also runs Foreign Rights and Autor 360, a department that promotes the dissemination and presence of authors and their works at international fairs, tours, conferences and promotional events. He started his career as a publisher with work experience in Paris with Christian Bourgois and later spent 10 years at Tusquets Editores, after which he helped set up Círculo de Lectores' Galaxia Gutenberg imprint. In 1997 he was appointed Publishing Director of Grijalbo Mondadori. Since then he has worked within that publishing group, always at the head of literature.
