Professor of Norwegian language and literature at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and cultural attaché to the Royal Embassy of Norway in Madrid until her retirement this year. She has translated over fifty titles by Norwegian classical and contemporary authors into Spanish (in collaboration with Asunción Loreno), participated in a series of Nordic anthologies and written various articles and essays on Norwegian subjects.
