(Puno, 1949) Lawyer and journalist. He studied Law at the Universidad Católica de Santa María and Philosophy at the Universidad Nacional de San Agustín; he is a Doctor of Law (UNSA) and has a Master’s in Civil Law (UCSM). He continued his studies at the EHESS in Paris. It was this city where he heard Gilles Deleuze speak at the University of Paris VIII and Michel Foucault at the Collège de France (1980-1987). He currently lectures at the Universidad Católica de Santa María and the Universidad Nacional de San Agustín, where he also works as a director of research. He is also academic director of the Instituto de Estudios Francisco Mostajo.
