Hay Festival HAYDAYS for families and children

Welcome to the Haydays programme, we have lots of events for children and families to enjoy together, including more workshops than ever before. Parents or carers must attend workshops with children aged 8 years or under, but don't require a ticket. Children aged 9–11 can be signed in and out of workshops: parents or carers may also attend but don't require a ticket. Children aged 12 and over may attend workshops without signing in and without a parent or carer in attendance. Ingenuity Studio 1 free workshops take place every day. Sign up at the venue for 10am, 11.30am or 1pm. Ingenuity Studio 1 free drop-in sessions for families take place between 2.30pm and 5pm, Sunday 26 May – Saturday 1 June. Adults will need to buy a ticket for children's [HD] events, unless otherwise stated. Babes in arms do not require tickets. We look forward to seeing you all at the festival.
