Thank You for the Decapitation – Horror Poetry for Children

– Venue: SCENETRAPPEN

Monsters are hiding behind the curtain and corpses are stored in the freezer! You are not convinced? See for yourself when Frederik Hansen and Andreas Nederland performs “Thank you for the decapitation LIVE”. The show is based on their eponymous children’s book. The performance is enhanced by shaking sheet metal, rubbing balloons and munching onions, making the sound effects just right for Frederik and Andreas’ performance. Children in the audience are part of the sound effects – and they also have a hand in deciding how high on the horrible “Scar-o-meter” the performance goes.

Hopspots

– Venue: TWEENS LAB/MAKER SPACE

“Once upon a time…” thus begins many a story. But what happens next? We make our own stories, recording and assembling them using interactive learning tool Hopspots. What happens if we change the sequence of the story? What kinds of sound effects will enhance the story? We record, play back and jump through the stories, while playing with words in this workshop.
