Many national and international speakers and artists have participated at the festival in Riohacha, which in 2015 celebrates its eighth year. All the events are free; most take place at the Anas Mai Convention Centre; the workshops for children are at Riohacha Cultural Centre, and in Uribia and Fonseca. Entry is free to all, on a first-come, first-served basis.
