There are newspaper columns and there are newspaper columns, and then there is Róisín Ingle’s contributions in the Irish Times. Never less than fascinating, always funny and self-deprecating, and occasionally breathtaking in her honesty, Róisín has been writing her column for more years than she cares to remember (fifteen, actually). She recruited her most rigorous critic, her mum Ann, to help her select the best pieces for her collection Public Displays of Emotion. Róisín is the Irish Times Daily Features Editor and producer of the Women's Podcast.
