This documentary tells the story of the last survivor of the Surrealists. Carrington was a woman hungry for freedom, who escaped from a strict London upbringing to Paris the first step in an eventful life that took her from one continent to another, through historic events and artistic movements. All of this is reflected in dream-like fashion through painting, cinema and literature inspired by her stay at a psychiatric hospital in Santander. She eventually found a spiritual and creative kinship in Mexico, where she was interviewed for this documentary.
