English pianist and writer James Rhodes captured international attention following the publication of his book Instrumental, a bestseller in which he recounts how he suffered abuse during his childhood. He explains how the psychological injuries dragged into adulthood and how music has saved him in his darkest moments. He moved to Spain four years ago and is happy here.
