Muriel Barbery in conversation with Felipe Restrepo Pombo

Muriel Barbery is the author of The Elegance of the Hedgehog, winner of the French Booksellers’ Prize, included by The New York Times on its bestseller list, and made into the 2008 film Le Hérisson by director Mona Achache. Her first novel, published in the year 2000, was Gourmet Rhapsody, winner of the Meilleur Livre de Littérature Gourmande award. Her latest novels are The Life of Elves and Un Étrange Pays, an epic fantasy. Born in Casablanca, Barbery has lived in Kyoto, Amsterdam and Paris, and currently lives in the French countryside. She will talk to Felipe Restrepo Pombo.
