Amalia Low is a musician, writer and painter. Born in Japan, she grew up learning the piano, and has given concerts from a young age. Later she turned to painting and illustration. After exhibiting works of art in Colombia, Japan, Switzerland, France and Canada, she began illustrating children’s books. One of her best-known books, translated into several languages, is Tito y Pepita, a celebration of the value of friendship.
