Workshop: How to Get Your Work Published

With the Lucy Cavendish Fiction Prize

 – Summerhouse

Join judges and previous nominees and winners of the prestigious Lucy Cavendish Fiction Prize for a discussion and Q&A session about the pleasures and pitfalls of getting your work published. Sharing tips and personal experience, panellists will discuss the publication process from first draft through to finding an agent and a publisher.

The Lucy Cavendish Fiction Prize is famous for helping undiscovered female writers launch their literary careers. Founded in 2010, the Prize has gone from strength to strength with many shortlisted authors securing publishing deals. The Prize has developed a formidable reputation for attracting first-class writing talent and the judges seek entries that combine literary merit with unputdownability. Previous winners and nominees include Gail Honeyman’s Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine, Sara Collins’ The Confessions of Frannie Langton and Susan Stokes-Chapman’s Pandora.
