WICKED Young Writers’ Workshop

Join us on Saturday 2 June for a packed day of writing workshops for young people from 5-25. As part of the Wicked Young Writers’ Awards 2012, a team of experienced and award-winning writers will be giving tips on writing and providing help with your stories or poetry. You can even enter something for the award there and then!
Duration 60 mins. 18-25 years
Each young person attending this workshop without an accompanying adult must fill in the Permission Form available for download here. Please send the form in advance to admin@hayfestival.org and bring a copy on the day.
The Wicked Young Writers’ Awards were set up by the Wicked musical to encourage creativity and writing talent across the country. The award is spearheaded and judged by the bestselling author of War Horse, Michael Morpurgo.
