The film of the book by Michael Morpurgo. Young Albert enlists to serve in the First World War after his beloved horse is sold to the cavalry. Albert’s hopeful journey takes him out of England and across Europe as the war rages on. Directed by Steven Spielberg, screenplay by Lee Hall and Richard Curtis and produced by Revel Guest.
