Pilates Class

Hay Festival 2014, 
Pilates is a method of exercise designed to strengthen and balance the body and mind. It is practised through a series of controlled and precise movements linking the breath with every movement. Pilates focuses on developing muscle strength as well as mobilising our spine and joints, which in turn is highly effective in improving our posture and core muscles, as well as keeping the body flexible and agile.  This morning class is suitable for all, whether experienced practitioners or beginners.
