Event W27 Venue: Scribblers Hut

Learn how to silk-screen print with locally based and internationally acclaimed textile designers Sunny and Emma Todd. Their bold, graphic artwork is stocked in Liberty, Heal’s, Le Bon Marché, Amara and Anthropologie. Sunny is also a textiles lecturer at Hereford College of Arts. Create your own one-off stencil and screenprint it onto a canvas bag for you to take away (Fairtrade and UK-produced).

George Butler

George Butler

Butler has worked in trouble spots all over the world in places including Syria, Afghanistan, Turkey, Myanmar and India. He captures human drama and architectural distress with pen, ink and watercolour. He has won an International Media Award and the V&A Illustration Award for his work.  He shows his work and talks to Oliver Bullough.

Lisa Stickley: Making Pictures

Stickley uses a variety of techniques to create her illustrations, from collage and mono-printing through to traditional line drawing with pen and ink. Making pictures with Lisa is a fun workshop inspired by her new book, My New Room. Come and learn about collage, printing techniques and mark-making with her.
