The Plant and Dec of vegan cooking

The chefs behind BOSH!, Henry Firth and Ian Theasby, began their vegan journey three years ago. They have since gained 1.5 billion views on their cooking videos, and published their own cookbook. They’re now back with a second foodie “bible”, BISH BASH BOSH!, that includes everything from a vegan wellington to faux-gras pâté, seitan steak and a tofish finger sandwich.
