Andrés Ossa has had a close link with the book industry since his childhood. He worked as director of marketing and innovation management at Grupo Planeta Colombia for more than a decade. He has studied sociology, communication, gamification and business and has co-authored Rafa y sus espantos, Rafa y la leyenda de El Dorado, Orquideas del perdón, Todos somos genios and El difícil oficio de perdonar. Ossa is currently the director of the Regional Centre for the Promotion of Books in Latin America and the Caribbean (CERLALC).
