Miguel BARRERO

(Oviedo, 1980) He has published the novels Espejo (Asturias Joven prize), La vuelta a casa, Los últimos días de Michi Panero (Juan Pablo Forner prize), La existencia de Dios, Camposanto en Collioure (Prix International de Littérature Fondation Antonio Machado), La tinta del calamar (Rodolfo Walsh prize) and El rinoceronte y el poeta, and the diary Las tierras del fin del mundo. He has worked for El País, El Mundo, La Vanguardia, Jot Down, CTXT, Qué Leer and Librújula. Nowadays he has a weekly section in the cultural magazine Zenda. He is part of the project 10 de 30 of the Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo, oriented to the diffusion of the new Spanish literature.
