Silvia Sesé has worked in publishing since her beginnings as a freelance contributor to different publishers. She was Head of Fiction and later Assistant Editorial Manager at Círculo de Lectores. From 2007 to 2015 she worked on the Ediciones Destino fiction programme. In 2015 she joined Anagrama as Assistant Editorial Manager, and in 2017 she became Editorial Manager herself.
