Isabel Botero (Medellín, 1976). Since the beginning of her career she has combined the audiovisual and literary worlds. She has been a scriptwriter for several fiction projects and has written several journalistic books. Vine a buscar el desierto, her first book of short stories published by Seix Barral, won the Premio de Cuento Inédito de la Alcaldía de Medellín in 2018. Botero is currently a scriptwriting teacher and is preparing the publication of her first novel.
