Educator, secondary school teacher and specialist in educational policies. He is currently an Education Officer with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Peru. He was an Assistant Minister at the Ministry of Education (2011-2014) and at the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations.
