Graduated with academic excellence in Law and Political Science from the Andean University of Cusco, Master in Civil Law and Civil Procedure from the San Antonio Abad University of Cusco and Master in Constitutional Law from the same university. He has specialized studies in Environmental Crimes at the ILEA San Salvador and 10 years of experience as a Criminal Prosecutor and Specialized Prosecutor in Environmental Matters, a position that allowed her to direct the execution of the Comprehensive Plan to Fight Illegal Mining Madre de Dios 2019-2020 known as Plan Mercurio, which motivated the recognition of her work by the Joint Command of the Armed Forces, the Navy of Peru and the Management Committee of the Tambopata National Reserve and which led her to receive the XVII Decoration Order of Merit for Women 2020, the highest decoration to women awarded by the Peruvian Government through the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations.
