A Communications graduate from the University of Lima with a Master’s in Communications Business Management at the EAE Business School in Madrid. In 2009 he joined El Comercio, where he has worked as a writer and columnist, and has held the positions of Mundo y Ciencias, Head of Loyalty, Assistant Head of Content and Editor of the campaign #NoTePases. Winner of the 2019 National Journalism Prize in the Written Report category, together with El Comercio’s #NoTePases campaign team. Winner of the Grupo de Diarios de América (GDA) Prize for innovation in editorial approach in 2020 and 2019. Winner of the 2019 Best Public Service Campaign, awarded by the International News Media Association.
