Lydiette Carrión, Mexican journalist and writer. Her research gives a picture of violence against women in Mexico. She is the author of the book La fosa de agua, an investigation that documents cases of femicide in the Tecámac and Ecatepec districts. She won the 2012 Gender and Justice Award, given by the National Supreme Court in the Written Report category and also received the 2019 Gabo award for the collective work Mujeres en la vitrina.
