Rafael Arias Garcia (1981). Degree in History and a Master’s in Publishing. With a 20-year career as a bookseller, working in various bookshops until 2014 (large chains, independent bookshops, specialized comic bookshops...) at which time he started out on his personal project and so began Letras Corsarias in Salamanca. This bookshop was awarded the National Prize for the Promotion of Reading in 2016 for the collaborative project "La Conspiración de la Pólvora", together with Intempestivos (Segovia) and the Puerta de Tannhäuser in Plasencia.
