Master's degree in Geosciences and Natural Resource Management, with a focus on Petroleum Management from the National School of Engineering and Architecture of the National Polytechnic Institute. PhD in Latin American Studies from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the UNAM. Head of the Regional Studies Committee of the Mexican Association of International Studies (AMEI) for 2022-2023. His lines of research are linked to: geopolitics, geo-economics, innovation management, science-technology and society, and regional scenarios. Selected by the Russian Government as a young leader at the Rossotrudnichestvo International Congress. Speaker at national and international conferences. He managed the UNAM University Observatory of International Business at ENES Juriquilla. His curricular courses include Geopolitics, Cognitive Capitalism, Innovation and Technology, and ICT in Business Management.
