He completed doctoral studies in Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Oslo (Norway) and at the UNR (Argentina). Member of the Argentinean Foreign Ministry Delegation to the CFS World Summit, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO, UN), Rome, Italy, from 2011 until 2019. Author of the book Geopolítica y Alimentos: el desafío de la seguridad alimentaria frente a la competencia internacional por los recursos naturales (Buenos Aires: Biblos, 2019).
