Daniella Sánchez Russo (Barranquilla, 1987) is a writer and an academic. She is the author of the novel Vigilia (TusQuets, 2022) and holds a doctorate in Hispanic Studies from the University of Pennsylvania with a thesis on domestic servitude and Latin American literature. She was a court reporter for El Espectador, content editor for Fucsia Magazine and currently directs the Language Institute of the University of the North in Barranquilla.
