(Monterrey, 1986) Lawyer and academic; he currently serves as a researcher at UNAM’s Institute for Legal Research and teaches courses on the Theory of Argumentation at the UNAM Law School, Constitutional Law at El Colegio de México, and Philosophy of Law at ITAM. He is a contributor to W Radio México and a columnist for Nexos magazine. He is the author of No estudies derecho (2023) and co-author, along with Javier Martín, of the book La Constitución desconocida (2024).
