Ismael CARVALLO ROBLEDO

carvallo-robledo-ismael Professor of Philosophy, Political Theory and History, and lecturer, with studies in Industrial Engineering in Mexico, and a Master's degree in International Political Economy from the University of Warwick, UK, and a Diploma of Advanced Studies in History from the Ortega y Gasset University Institute in Madrid, Spain. He was an advisor to the Mexico City Bicentennial Commission (2008-2010), to the Government of the Federal District (2007-2012), and to the Tabasco State Government (2015-2016). From 2009 to 2012, he hosted the television interview and debate program Plaza de Armas, produced and broadcast by Capital 21. He has been a lecturer in Philosophy, Political Philosophy, Philosophy of Science, Theory of the State, Universal History, and Mexican History at various universities. He is a member of the Mexican Association of Classical Studies and is currently Director of the Mexican parliament’s San Lázaro Cultural Space.
