Verónica Ramírez is a journalist born in Lima in 1974. Her works have been published in different Latin American magazines and newspapers. She is the author of the travel guides Barcelona, insólita y secreta and Madrid, insólita y secreta, as well as the book Coca Express. In 2022 she was selected as a grantee of the Howard G. Buffet Fund for Women Journalists to carry out a research project in the Peruvian Amazon. Casi todo desaparece is her first novel.
