María TORO

Flutist, tambourine player, composer and arranger who has spent the last decade working in various countries and continents (including Spain, Switzerland, Brazil and the United States). In her musical explorations flamenco, jazz, Brazilian music and influences from her native Galicia add layers to the texture of her flute playing. Her third album is called Fume (“Smoke” in Galician), in honour of the wood stove in the house where María grew up.
