Alfonso Nuñez, Master’s in Commercial Management, born in Arequipa, Peru in 1978. His professional life is divided into 2 stages: first linked to the development of social projects at the BBVA Microfinance Foundation, in which he was linked to projects related to groups of rural entrepreneurs, winning national tenders to obtain funds. His other stage is linked to the creation of gastronomic models, of which the 13 Monjas restaurant stands out. He is currently investigating disruptive businesses in the gastronomic field and developing new restaurant models.
