(1968, Germany) Graphic designer and visual artist, graduate of the University of Applied Sciences of Mainz, Germany, and with postgraduate studies from the Jan van Eyck Academy (Maastricht, Netherlands). In 2011 he founded, together with Verónica Majluf, the vm& graphic studio. Since 2021 he has been teaching editorial design at the Centro de la Imagen. Among his solo exhibitions are Unbekannte Pflanze / Planta desconocida (Galería El Ojo Ajeno, Lima, 2012), dice, sagt, says: (BookVivant, Lima, 2019) and i try and i try and i try (Espacio Perro Blanco, Lima, PE, 2022). In addition, his work has been included in group exhibitions at the Espacio Germán Krüger Espantoso, ICPNA (Lima), the PUCP Cultural Center (Lima), Proyectoamil (Lima), the Gutenberg Museum (Mainz), the Klingspor Museum (Offenbach, Germany), Apple (Amsterdam) and HEDAH (Maastricht). He has published –/–/–, Das Minutenbuch (“the minute book”), El tigre en el taxi, Nosotros diseñamos nuestros signos and Amarillo (the Lima trilogy), El título de la presentaciones, Nombres en el desierto and Viaje (Penguin Random House), as well as a book for children.
