Managing Director of Azabache Caracciolo Abogados, a lawyer who specializes in criminal trials; formerly a lecturer at the Catholic University and the Academy of Judiciary; human rights lawyer between 1991 and 1993; investigator in the Andean Commission of Jurists between 1994 and 1996. Also a member of the first team of the anti-corruption attorney’s office between 2000 and 2002 and of various teams defending the state before the Inter-American Court in cases linked to criminal justice during the transition.
